FIRE SUPPRESSION DIVISION

The fire suppression division is responsible for any fires that should break out in Brickyard Falls. The fleet of engines, ladders, forestry trucks and tankers assure that any fire situation can and will be dealt with in a quick, professional manner.

BRICKYARD FALLS STATION 1

ENGINE 1

Engine 1 is a 2007 Pierce Dash Engine. The pumper includes a TAK-4 independent front suspension, a 430 horsepower engine; HD4060PR Allison transmission; 500-gallon polypropylene water tank; 1,500-GPM Waterous pump; 183-inch wheel base; a gross vehicle weight rating of 42,000 lbs.; air conditioning; cab seating for six; and a top speed of 67 to 70 mph.

TOWER LADDER 1

Tower Ladder 1 is a Pierce Dash mid-mount tower ladder. this 100-foot heavy-duty ladder on a Dash custom chassis feature TAK-4 independent front suspension, a 470 horsepower engine; HD4060PR Allison transmission; tilt cab; 245.5-inch wheel base; a gross vehicle weight rating of 67,500 lbs.; air conditioning; cab seating for six; and a top speed of 67 to 70 mph.

The squrt also features a 50ft piped stick.

Engine 3 is a 2007 International/Pierce Hawk Wildland 4-Door 4 Wheel Drive pumper. Engine 3 is specially equipped with railroad track gear. The gear allows the apparatus to run along any of the rail lines in Brickyard Falls National Park or elsewhere in Brickyard Falls. The truck has a 1000 gpm pump and a 750 gallon tank.

SUPER TANKER 3

Tanker 3 is a 2007Freightliner Argosy tractor trailer combo. The tanker carries 8000 gallons and has a 1250gpm pump. Tanker 3 rolls on all fires within Brickyard Falls National Park.
